John Bartz

Co-founder and Owner

John Bartz has more than 30 years of product management, sales, software development, IT executive leadership, and management consulting experience. At InCloud360, John created the company mission, vision, and business model; currently, he oversees operations as well as leads the sales and marketing efforts.

Prior to and at InCloud360, John provides CIO leadership, Interim CIO, and mentoring consulting services based on the experiences he gained while the CIO of Sage NA, OneSource Management, and Siemens Energy & Automation. John has also served in an executive business relationship role at Spherion and a professional services role at Enthusian, a SaaS solution provider for talent acquisition and management. John started his career with Westinghouse Electric Corporation as a product engineer and held positions in sales, sales management, product management, and IT leadership.

John has experience with a wide range of ERP providers and has held various roles from steering committee member to workstream lead in the implementation process not to mention the operational oversight of installed systems.  Implementation examples include SAP implementation at Sage NA, Yardi at the Atlanta Housing Authority, Peoplesoft at Spherion, J.D. Edwards at OneSource to name a few. 

John previously served as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Professional Services Society for the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering both from the University of Florida.

Steven Chapman

Business Consultant and Interim Executive Leadership

Steven Chapman has 25+ years of Business and IT leadership experience. He has 13 years of top tier consulting experience from Accenture, 6 years of corporate leadership experience in mid-market sized organizations, and 8 years of experience as an independent consultant.

Steven specializes in business and IT transformation, IT strategy and planning, business architecture and business process improvement, mergers and acquisitions, and large scale program/project planning and management.

Steven’s industry experience includes process manufacturing, consumer products, discrete manufacturing, technology, and professional services. His business acumen spans a number of functional areas including marketing, sales, customer service, order management, order fulfillment and distribution, manufacturing, procurement, inventory management, facilities maintenance, finance, and human resources.

Sample recognizable clients/work experience include Johnson and Johnson, McKesson, Chick-fil-A, Georgia-Pacific, DuPont, KIK Consumer Brands, Federal Express, EY, Imperial Sugar, Georgia Power, Hitachi, Celanese, Capital One, the US Postal Service, and the Centers for Disease Control. Local smaller clients include Sage Software and MCIC Vermont.

Steven has been certified as an implementer of Intacct. He holds a BS with honors in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.

Stephanie Motowicki

Implementation Consultant

Stephanie is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia with 13+ years of experience as an auditor and Senior Management in small to mid-sized organizations. Stephanie’s focus has been on privately held corporations in the Technology, Healthcare, and Professional Services industries.

She has extensive experience in full-cycle accounting, cash management, financial reporting, month and year-end close, budget development and analysis, auditing, and accounting software implementations.

Stephanie served as Vice President of Accounting and Controller at FusionHealth (now Nox Health) where she implemented and used Sage Intacct as a customer for 4+ years. Previous roles included Vice President of Finance and Controller at Source Support Services, Financial Reporting Manager at Brightree, LLC and as an auditor at Bennett Thrasher.

Prior to changing careers, Stephanie worked in the insurance industry for 8 years.

Stephanie’s passion is animal welfare and advocacy, she serves as Founder and President/Treasurer for Paws UnChained, Inc.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia and Master of Professional Accountancy from Georgia State University and is a Certified Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist.

Kimberla Butler

Business Development Executive

Kimberla has more than 20 years of experience in Inside Sales and Business Development.  Her experience includes identifying appropriate decision-makers, effectively understanding their challenges and identifying their specific business requirements.

Her responsibilities have included: lead and opportunity development; resource leveling; team recruitment and building; budget management; developing project scope (budgets, timelines and delivery dates); managing customer relationships including conducting status meetings and customer reviews.  

 

She particularly enjoys the challenge of navigating the various aspects of complex projects.

Christine Davis

Marketing Intern

Christine Davis is a full-time student who is studying public relations at the University of Florida. Her experience primarily involves multimedia writing, brand ambassadorship and PR campaign organization. At InCloud360, Christine collaborates with the co-founder/owner of the company to create a content marketing strategy that primarily focuses on composing email campaigns and writing blogs to maximize SEO potential.

While writing is one of her greatest passions, Christine also enjoys learning about music business. As the public relations coordinator for the new artist team at Swamp Records, a student-run record label, Christine furthered her knowledge about the music industry and helped manage publicity for the new artist on the record label.

Christine expects to graduate in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a concentration in music.
